Happy 32nd Daddy!

Celebrating this guy is the easiest thing to do. He loves, provides, sacrifices, and leads our family in the most perfect way.  We are SO thankful for his life! I couldn't imagine mine with him. 

He will forever have a helper to blow out his candles.

Hurry Up Spring

We've had a glimpse of Spring here and there and boy are we ready for it!! Longer days and water weather sound like heaven on Earth. This Winter has been brutal and we are OVER it. Also, Spring baby clothes may be my favorite of all :)

Baby {Boy} Laney #3

Mary Catherine is having her third baby in March and we are SO excited for him to join our family! Watching these cousins play together has been the highlight of our lives and we cannot wait to add another sweet baby boy to the bunch! We celebrated Mary Catherine and her sweet boy with a Baby Sprinkle at Brio. Such a special time with dear friends and family! 

Best Friends

Watching my two babies that are born just 16 months apart become best friends may be the sweetest thing I've ever experienced.  I hope they always love one another and have the closest friendship.

Happy Valentines Day! 2018

We LOVE to LOVE and so having a specific day set aside to celebrate LOVE was just about as good as it gets! 

Love really is all you need.

The kids had so much fun celebrating Valentine's day at their precious school!

And Granmommy LOVES us SO much that she took ALL FOUR kids to the park on Valentine's Day :) :) :) :)

Caroline's First Hair Cut

Yup, she is 2.5 years old and just now getting her first hair cut! (Momma D gave us a tiny trim at home a few months ago but this is our first hair cut at the salon)

 She felt like a princess the entire time,  kept smiling at herself in the mirror, and asked for a crown when it was over. She's my child. 

No denying. 

FLU times TWO

This isn't a very fun topic to blog about but I do want to remember this season if only to be so thankful for our health.  This flu season has been brutal and we didn't get so lucky in escaping it. Both Caroline and John Collins tested positive for the flu and were sick babies for about a week. The stomach bug hit a couple days prior to the flu so we had a rough few weeks at the Cease house.  There was a lot of cuddling and rocking.
