Thankful

Thanksgiving this year was a little different than years past.  Alan was on call during the week of Thanksgiving so he wasn't able to leave Jackson.  His parents were very thoughtful and brought Thanksgiving to Mississippi! Unfortunately, I got a horrible illness and was quite the sickling the entire holiday.  It was not the best timing to get sick, however we still had a wonderful Thanksgiving reflecting on all the wonderful blessings we have to be thankful for this year.  Alan fried the most delicious turkey and we ate until we were about to pop!

Not only did we stuff our face with turkey, we got a good start on baby girl's nursery!!! I cannot thank my husband and in-laws enough for all their help. I am so excited about how the nursery is looking so far. It's starting to really sink in that there will be a tiny little baby girl in our house in just a few short months. Here is the latest "bump" picture taken on Thanksgiving Day at 25 weeks!
I hope you found yourself surrounded by the one's you love this Thanksgiving! We all have so much to be thankful for.
