Happy Halloween Happenings 2017

We have been in full swing kicking off the holiday season with some fun fall festivities!
We enjoyed a day date at the zoo with college friends and their babies!
And celebrating Lollie's birthday is always so much fun! She loves us all so well and we are thankful for her!
We enjoyed a visit to Arab to visit family! These photos of my great grandmother with my babies  will always be treasured.
Dawson Fall Festival was eventful to say the least. Next time we will make sure that Daddy is off work to help me take the kids!  At least Caroline had a good time playing games.
The train ride was her favorite!
Next up was the Witches Parade in Homewood.
Then, time for trick-or-treating!!!!!  By the end of the night Caroline was walking up to houses and holding out her bucket. She would occasionally say "Trick-or-Treat" and "Thank you!" She was so proud when they dropped the candy in her bucket and wouldn't let anyone carry it for her!
Caroline and Will handing out candy on the front porch steps. Probably their favorite part!
Aunt Megs the Butterfly and Lollie the Witch! We loved having them walking house to house with us.
Can't believe this baby is already celebrating her second Halloween. And John Collins will be right along side her next year making things even more fun :) :) Can't wait!

Happy THREE Months, John Collins!

Baby boy love is already three months old.  When he smiles at me I do believe in that moment my heart could burst. He is the cuddliest little chunky monkey and we love him more than life.
His little laugh is so contagious. He laughs almost every time I change his clothes because he has a sweet little tickle spot around his neck. It's the sweetest place to get sugar!
His big sister loves him. She really does. She calls him "Coyins" and Baby Brudyer.  She loves to point at his eyes, his ears, and his head. Sometimes it's a little aggressive, but all in love.
He still dislikes bath time with a passion. Like screams bloody murder the whole time. But at least he looks cute :)
These hands. He loves them almost as much as I do. When he isn't looking and playing with them, he is gnawing on them. And I want them to stay this little forever and ever.
Play time on his colorful mat is a favorite of his. At least for 3-5 minutes, then he's over it. He is starting to think about rolling over but hasn't made much progress yet. I'm not rushing it.
He really just wants to be held. All day. And his wish is my command.
He is my mini-me. And I'm not sad about it.
Stretches, stretches and more stretches.  One of my favorite moments at this stage of his life is waking him up in the mornings. I will walk up to his crib and look down at him and he immediately smiles. Every time. It starts my day off in the most precious way and i never want it to end. Praying that he never grows tired of smiling at his Mommy. Ever.
The Lord has blessed us beyond what we deserve, and we are forever and ever thankful for His blessings.

Cutest Cousins

We love playing with Anna Scott and Will! These two are quickly becoming Caroline's favorites and I know that John Collins will jump right in once he gets a little older. It has been such a sweet time with Mary Catherine getting to raise our babies together! I look forward to many many memories of our children growing up so close to one another. And in a few shorts weeks, we will only live a block away. I can't wait!
We took the little ones to the Homecoming parade. Watching their little eyes light up seeing all the different cars and groups of people was such fun!  Caroline's favorite was the band! She swung her arms and stomped her feet as they passed!
Looking forward to lots of more fun cousin time this Fall!
