First Day of 2s and 3s at Dawson Day School

John Collins will begin the 2s class with Mrs. Lori and Mrs. Danielle and Caroline will begin the 3s class with Mrs. Shannon and Mrs. Jennifer. We are so excited about another great year at Dawson Day School!

Roll Tide Ready

It's fall in the south and that means one thing....FOOTBALL!  We love cheering on our favorite team the Crimson Tide! And these may be two of the cutest fans I ever did see.

Happy Birthday to Mom and Me

Lots of joy celebrating my 31st and Mom's 61st birthdays! We enjoyed a girls lunch at Bricktops on Mom's special day. 

Alan gifted me with a fun trip to Purscell farms with our sweet friends Tiffany and Andrew. We had the best time escaping from the daily grind. We relaxed poolside, visited the spa, ate delicious meals, and even shot some clays! It was the perfect way to celebrate turning 31!!! 

First time for Stitches

Caroline got her first set of stitches after a tough encounter with the kitchen cabinets. She and Will were chasing each other through the house (despite many attempts by yours truly to get them to stop) and she tripped on a blanket and hit the corner of a cabinet. Some blood and a few tears later we decided that Mommy and Daddy needed to put their medical skills aside and get an outside source to help sew her up! A sweet plastic surgeon family friend Dr. Johnson was kind enough to meet us after hours on a Sunday evening to fix our baby girl up. She was SO BRAVE and was rewarded with ice-cream an lots of snuggles afterwards.
