Happy Birthday to Mommy and Grandmommy!

The kids loved surprising Grandommy at work with balloons on her birthday! She is LOVED and ADORDED and we couldn't make it throughout our weeks without her! 

This Momma got a much needed night away with sweet girlfriends to celebrate my 32nd!! Rest and relaxation full of good food and conversation was so nice! 

But coming home to my sweet babies and their Daddy was icing on top! They made me the sweetest cards while I was gone that made my heart swell. 

And then a night celebrating with my mom. A tradition that has been going on for 32 years. And I love it! Thanks to my sweet sister for always making us feel so loved. 

And I cant leave out these amazing co-workers that always know how to have a good time :) 

Always giving thanks to God for the people in my life. Thankful for another year with the sweetest friends and the most wonderful family. I am blessed beyond what I deserve and do not take it for granted. Here's to year 32! 

First Day of Preschool at Double Oaks

Change. All sorts of emotions. Happy, excited, anxious, nervous, doubtful, worried. I do believe that it is harder on Momma's than it is on anyone else. We decided towards the end of the summer to uproot our family and move to a different area of Birmingham. Although, we are moving within the same city, we are moving the kids to a different school (for connivence . Of course we feel this is the best thing to do for our family, but that doesn't mean that there are still some doubts and sadness that creep up every once in awhile. Seeing smiling faces and having the sweetest teachers at their new school is really helping this Momma get through those doubts and worries. Praying and claiming that this is going to be a great year!!!!! 

Walked over to Jimbo's after school for some ice cream to celebrate a GREAT first day!!!

What a special day helping Aunt Megs pick out her wedding dress. Caroline truly thought she was a princess. We are so excited about Aunt Megs and Uncle Ed's upcoming wedding in February! She is going to be such a beautiful bride.
