Our first Christmas event of the season was going to see Elf on the Shelf with our cousins! Granmommy and Grandaddy gifted us tickets as an early Christmas gift. It was so much fun to ick off the holiday season.
The kids loved it and it got them so excited to meet their very own elf, Sparks! We can't decide wether to call him Sparks or Elfie, so he just goes by both for now. 
Next up, decking the halls!!! This was the first year that the kids really enjoyed helping me decorate the Christmas trees. They each got a special tree in their bedrooms and Caroline got her wish of a Christmas tree with COLORED lights in the upstairs den. Worth it all to see the happiness on their faces.
Something so magical and special about a home decorated for Christmas.
